If you're a technologist, nobody needs to teach you to do code reviews. You know what a staging server is. What a sign-off procedure means. You know several computer languages and have shipped a commercial application or website. You know design patterns, algorithms, and ideally, have contributed to open source.

If you're a creative artist, you have both print and digital experience. You bring print skills - sketches, logo treatments, designing for scale - to the digital world. You've designed at least one commercial website and taken it through at least two redesigns, perhaps as creative director. You know photoshop, illustrator, and/or flash like the back of your hand.
